UniSUC Frame Limited Warranty
Warranty Period
The UniSUC Frame is warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or manufacturing.
- Malfunctions occurring during normal, intended use.
Coverage Options
We will address valid claims at our discretion by repairing, replacing, or issuing a refund (when repair or replacement is not feasible).
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Issues from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
UniSUC Whisper Fluid Collection System Limited Warranty
Warranty Period
The UniSUC Whisper Fluid Collection System is warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Coverage Options
We’ll resolve eligible claims at our discretion by:
- Repairing the unit free of charge at an authorized service center, or
- Replacing it with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent value.
All warranty repairs, replacements, and returns include free shipping both ways. We aim to resolve claims within 15 business days.
Advance Replacement Deposit (Optional)
For advance replacements (where a replacement unit is shipped prior to receipt of the defective unit), a refundable deposit will be required at the time of processing the claim. This deposit secures the return of the original defective unit and will be fully refunded upon our receipt and verification of the returned product. Failure to return the defective unit within the specified timeframe (typically 14 days) may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
What’s Not Covered
- Misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.
- Consumable or replaceable parts, (e.g. hi-flow canister, battery).
- Disposable items (e.g., liners, tubing).
- Incompatible accessories/parts or use of wrong external power supply (these will void the warranty).
- Damage from external causes, including accidents, abuse, or environmental factors beyond normal use.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Return / Buy-Back Policy

Whisper Fluid Collection Pump Buy-Back (Discretionary)
If the pump is less than 6 months old and in good working condition with all original packaging and accessories, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a buy-back (partial refund). Opened or used pumps outside this window are generally not eligible.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us at support@alpepllc.com with your proof of purchase.
- Provide photos and/or videos of the malfunction or defect for inspection and verification, if requested.
We’ll guide you through the process and respond promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under these warranties is limited to the original purchase price of the affected product. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including loss of use or lost profits).
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
