UniSUC Frame Limited Warranty
Warranty Period
The UniSUC Frame is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty protects against:
- Defects in materials or manufacturing.
- Malfunctions occurring during normal, intended use.
Coverage Options
If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, we’ll address it at our discretion by:
- Replacing the product, or
- Issuing a refund (when repair or replacement isn’t feasible).
What’s Not Covered
This warranty excludes:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Issues from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
UniSUC Whisper Fluid Collection System Limited Warranty
Warranty Period
The UniSUC Whisper Fluid Collection System is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, including normal wear and tear under standard use, for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners with proof of transfer.
What’s Covered
This warranty applies to defects of manufacturing origin (including normal wear and tear) or limited accidental damage detected during the warranty period.
Coverage Options
We’ll resolve eligible claims at our discretion by:
- Repairing the fault free of charge at an authorized service center, or
- Replacing the product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent value, or
- Providing a full refund of the original purchase price (when repair or replacement isn’t feasible).
To minimize disruption, all repairs, replacements, and returns include free shipping both ways. We also commit to resolving claims within 10 business days and providing a loaner unit where applicable.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.
- Consumable or replaceable parts, such as the hi-flow canister and battery.
- Disposable items (e.g., filters or tubing).
- Damage from external causes, including accidents, abuse, or environmental factors beyond normal use.
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim for either product:
- Contact our customer support team at support@alpepllc.com and include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
- If requested, provide photos and/or videos of the malfunction or defect for inspection and verification.
We’ll guide you through the process and respond promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under these warranties is limited to the original purchase price of the UniSUC Frame or UniSUC Whisper Fluid Collection System, as applicable. We do not cover consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use or lost profits.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
