General Policy
We stand behind our products and are committed to your full satisfaction. If unsatisfied, reach out within 14 days of delivery to get a return started. You have 30 days total to send items back for a refund or exchange, as long as they’re unused and in their original unopened packaging.
Special note: You can return the Whisper Urine Collection System even if it’s been used—we’ll inspect it first to ensure it’s eligible.
Any included accessories—like the UniSUC Starter Package, 2000cc/ml Reusable Hi-Flow Rigid Suction Canister, or Non-conductive Suction Tubing—can also be returned for a refund or exchange, as long as they’re unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Shipping info: Return shipping is at your expense; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Product Quality and/or Defects
If any product defects or quality issues are discovered that prevent the proper functioning of our products within two weeks of receipt, customers may contact AlPep LLC for a replacement of any defective items. This applies to the following products:

Canceling an Order
At Alpepllc.com, orders are processed immediately upon placement and sent to fulfillment. Because of this, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has shipped.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@alpepllc.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
